Bruce G. Blair

Bruce G. Blair is President of the World Security Institute in Washington D.C. From 1987-2000, he was a senior fellow in the Foreign Policy Studies Program at the Brookings Institution. He is the author of numerous articles and books on security issues including the 'Logic of Accidental Nuclear War' and 'Global Zero Alert for Nuclear Forces'. He has also served as a Minuteman ICBM launch control officer (1970-1974).
